• A world-wide organized Civil Disaster Protection (Ex military)
   
• A globally organized and controlled ecological food network in a new mixed field stile
   
• A zero discharge law and worldwide reforestation, worldwide animal welfare and species protection

Every country must sign a peace treaty with every other country, this is the first step

We all remember the colonial days. Political, poverty and climate refugees are now coming from these countries. This is due to past and existing exploitation of poorer countries, the meddling of western countries in these regions and of course the incredible CO2 emissions of western countries, particularly Europe and North America, now also China and Russia. This has to stop immediately. Western countries must, of course, stop CO² emissions and arrange for immediate compensation payments to compensate for the previous exploitation of the poor countries in the south of the world. An apology for all these crimes would be helpful and necessary. Substances that do not belong there must not be allowed to end up in nature, which means that waste transport must stop immediately. Exploitation of people, no matter by whom or what, must be severely punished in the future. The number of hospitals, schools and universities in poor countries must increase rapidly in order to immediately improve health care and education significantly. The education and health systems must be state-owned. The privatization leads to a significant extent to a two or even three class supply. Private schools and private clinics for a few rich are no longer allowed. The number of hospitals and staff must also increase in rich countries, which is also urgently needed because of the impending catastrophes.
